PatronX – Cancellation Policy

At PatronX, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel their orders.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as the product has not been shipped.
  • To cancel your order, contact our support team with your order number and registered contact details.
  • Once cancelled, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may still choose to return the product after it is delivered by following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Refunds in such cases will be issued only after the returned item passes the quality check.

3. Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled due to:

  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address or unreachable contact details
  • Product stock unavailability
  • Technical issues during processing

Any amount paid will be refunded according to the refund timeline.
