PatronX– Returns & Refunds Policy

At PatronX, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Products without original tags or signs of wear

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. After approval, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s preferred bank account.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to PatronX’s error.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color (subject to stock availability), the request must follow the same conditions as returns. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and approved.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must follow the return policy.
